At the meeting, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors - Chairman of the General Meeting said: “2020 is really a year with many difficulties due to the epidemic and a number of other objective factors, however, with efforts of all employees and member companies, Sao Bac Dau still exceeded the set business plan targets, as a basis for accompanying localities/industries in the digital transformation process as well as in the digital transformation process to join hands with the country to overcome the pandemic"

At the meeting, representatives of the Board of Directors (BOD) summarized the achievements and business activities in 2020 as well as approved the operation plan for 2021.
Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors - Chairman of the General Meeting reported the operating results in the fiscal year of 2020 of affiliated units namely Technology Investment Council; Foreign Affairs Subcommittee; Human Resources Subcommittee; Finance Subcommittee. In addition, the attendants voted to pass resolutions in the General Meeting. In general, all activities were completed beyond the set targets.

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan said that "Digital transformation is an inevitable trend", Sao Bac Dau should give priority to focus on the fields of E-government; Digital Economy and Digital Society. Therefore, besides traditional IT products and solutions, Sao Bac Dau needs to change in "quality" and accompany with the national digital transformation strategy to have a specific plan to promote digital transformation in businesses, local government and society. Finally, Mr. Tuan addressed 7 issues to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2021, which were wholly voted by the attending shareholders
Also at the meeting, Mr. Le Hong Phong – a Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of Sao Bac Dau Company reported the business results of the fiscal year of 2020 with a revenue growth of 19.3% compared to that of 2019, paying dividend by 10% of profit in cash to the shareholders, especially the profit appropriated to supplement the Science and Technology Development Fund was more than VND 1.6 billion. Regarding the orientation for fiscal year 2021, Mr. Phong expects net revenue to reach VND 1,200 billion. In order to achieve the above plan, he also stated clearly the goals in business and objectives in operation such as the coordination between Sao Bac Dau with the Board of Directors and with each member unit; Reviewing and innovating processes as well as promoting business linkages between member units, etc.
