Dismissal and appointment of the Capital Representative at SBD Telecom

On July 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of SBD Corpapproved the decision to dismiss Mr. Tran Tuyen Duc from the position of Capital Representative of Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation (SBD Corp.) at Sao Bac Dau Telecom Service Joint Stock Company (SBD Telecom) and appointed Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as the Capital Representative at SBD Telecom.
