On October 30, 2022, Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation (SBD) held a conference to preliminarily sum up the first 6 months of the fiscal year 2022-2023. The conference was attended by more than 50 members of the Board of Directors, Board of Founders & Advisors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Management; Director; Head/Deputy Head of Departments/Divisions of Sao Bac Dau Corp and member units.
This first-6-month sum-up conference consisted of 2 main presentations and discussions. The first content was referred to preliminary report and 6-month operation plan of Sao Bac Dau Corp and its member companies. Accordingly, the consolidated revenue of the first 6 months of the year reached nearly VND 300 billion, expected to reach 60% of the remaining-6-month target with nearly VND 600 billion. In order to implement such plan, Sao Bac Dau is gradually overcoming objective difficulties in terms of supply chain, market fluctuation, maintaining the stable operation of cash flow, completing the separation of the Department of Finance and Accounting, officially put into use the WorkIT system, etc. In parallel, restructuring business activities – operational apparatus, focusing on key markets and developing new solutions and services, improving mechanisms and processes, building up motivational and engagement programs for all officers and employees.

Also, at this-year preliminary conference, all attendants have heard of main activities of the incumbent Board of Directors after taking over the role. The strategy on “One SBD” was unanimously approved from which to discuss effective and synchronous deployment options throughout the Group.
