On 18/05/2012, at Park Hyatt Saigon, Sao Bac Dau Technology Corporation, in cooperation with the BMC Software held a special talk on the ITIL standard system - the benefits of your IT systems industry to follow this system.
This special workshop attracted the attention of many IT departments of banks, insurance companies, large corporations was presented with a clear presentation, specific and full of speaker from Harold Petersen - CEO Lucid IT issue, the presentation of Mr. Harold introduced to customers the overview, the benefits of ITIL and specific case of a business when used - or not using ITIL, the difficulties and convenient met... In addition, representatives from BMC Software, Mr. Atul Sinha has referred to the guests in the workshop a number of solutions from BMC ITIL standards and Mr. Khuong Nguyen Hai – Sao Bac Dau representatives have shown demo of these solutions - this contributed to the IT department from businesses more options to make the best decision for IT systems in their enterprises.
